Williams Guitar Company, LLC. welcomes international orders as well! However, we ask that international customers (anyone outside of the United States) simply email us their order. We ask this because of the differences in international shipping costs verses domestic shipping costs.

Once we receive your order, we will figure the cost including shipping. Then Williams Guitar Company, LLC. will email you a PayPal invoice. The PayPal email invoice will have a link for you to "click on" which will bring you to the PayPal checkout where you can pay via credit/debit card or your own PayPal account. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service.

When Williams Guitar Company, LLC. is notified by PayPal that your invoice has been paid in full, your order will be shipped. An email will be sent to you indicating that the order has been shipped.

When creating your order email, please be sure to include the following information:

• Your Name (First and Last)
• Your address: (Street, City, Province /Region, Postal Code, and Country)
• Your phone number (including country code)
• Your list of the items you want

Please be very specific when listing the items you want, including the quantity. If vital information is missing it will delay delivery, because Williams Guitar Company, LLC. will then have to follow up with you for verification. For example if you indicate : "(2) Williams tee shirts..." We will need to know what size tee shirts. Likewise if you indicated "Three sets of GHS Boomers 10 string sets..." We will need to know E9 or C6 sets! So, please be as specific as you can with your order information. Below is a flow chart of the international order process:
